Catalyser is a workplace giving platform used by large enterprises to manage donations, volunteering, and employee engagement in one place. As part of their product evolution, we designed an AI-powered reporting chatbot that lets charity managers and executives get clear answers from their giving data without relying on spreadsheets or static dashboards.The focus was on speed, accessibility, and decision-making. Teams can ask simple questions, generate stakeholder-ready reports automatically, and share insights across the business in minutes instead of hours. The result is less manual reporting, faster visibility into impact, and a more strategic use of data at the leadership level.
